Privacy Policy

NaN is the inference community operated by Helmcode S.L. (NIF B44788511), Avenida Quinto Centenario 27, Santiago del Teide, Spain. Data controller contact: info@helmcode.com. This policy covers nan.builders and the member platform at cloud.nan.builders.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email and region, to let you know when a spot opens.
• Membership: email, handle and billing details, handled by our payment processor.

Inference is private

The cluster keeps zero logs: we do not store your prompts or the model responses. Everything lives in your local client or agent session. Processing happens in the European Union, and your code trains no models. We only keep server metrics for cluster maintenance (tokens/s, RPM).

Legal basis

Consent (waitlist), performance of a contract (your membership) and our legitimate interest in running and securing the service.

Third parties

• Payment processor, to handle subscriptions under its own privacy policy.
• Discord, where the community lives, under its own terms.
• Cloudflare, for security and content delivery.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose collected and to meet our legal obligations.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, delete, object to processing or request portability of your data by writing to info@helmcode.com. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted over HTTPS.
