NaN is operated by Helmcode S.L. (NIF B44788511), Avenida Quinto Centenario 27, Santiago del Teide, Spain. Contact: info@helmcode.com. By accessing nan.builders and the member platform you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

The community

NaN is a closed, paid community of builders sharing dedicated GPUs to run open models. Access is limited to the real capacity of the cluster: when it fills up, we open a waitlist. Every member gets a personal, non-transferable API key.

Acceptable use

• Do not share, resell or transfer your API key.
• Do not abuse the shared cluster or attempt to exceed the published limits.
• NaN is inference, not training: use the cluster to run models, not to fine-tune them.

Membership and payments

Membership is a monthly subscription with taxes included, month to month, with no commitment. You can cancel anytime; access runs until the end of the paid period.

Intellectual property

Site content is owned by Helmcode and may not be reproduced without written permission, except for personal use. Projects shared by members remain the property of their authors.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Helmcode will not be liable for damages arising from the use of this website or the service. Third-party links are outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute will be submitted to the Spanish courts.
